In 2007, Independent Pipeline Inspection Service, Inc., was founded by CEO Javier Silva, based out of Upland, California. Indi Pipe was established as a provider of city wastewater rehabilitation projects throughout Southern California.

From day one, our company's mission has been to provide a level of quality that extends beyond "the norm". We are committed to more than words on a mission statement- we firmly believe that our work ethic, integrity, and determination is evident in everything we do.

As of 2015, Indi Pipe has been based out of Ventura County, with our headquarters located in Oxnard. We service the entire state of California, with ongoing projects for Sempra Energy and local municipalities. Our efforts contribute to keeping communities safe, our values are what ensure our future growth.
